介绍个新玩意儿：serverbound.com，一家按小时付费的VPS商家，几乎和do以及vultr没有多大的区别，都是KVM虚拟，SSD盘子，1000M带宽，不同的是serverbound默认每个VPS给15T流量，默认提供高达80G的DDOS保护，可惜仅有纽约机房。目前官方自己的说法是：他们有自己的IP（AS27176），网络也是自己的（估计自己拉线租的独享？不懂）
